A service based on providing people with special needs (blind, visually impaired, deaf, disabled, etc.) with information services by teaching them how to benefit from the library and its holdings, and meeting their special and diverse needs while securing their intellectual and cultural wealth and their legitimate right to enhance their presence in society through the following: :
1. Enabling students to identify the devices available for people with special needs.
2. Assisting students with special needs within the library (guidance, guidance ... etc.) and providing them with services.
