Each library has its own goals and policies, which aim to develop and enrich knowledge. From this point of view, the Deanship of Library Affairs at King Saud University has established a digital transformation unit.

 To build a digital information society through digital information platforms to enrich Arabic content and increase interaction and community participation, which contributes to improving the experience and service of pioneers from inside and outside the university, as well as in order to ensure easy access to information and a positive information impact within the initiatives of the digital homeland to stimulate creativity by attracting investments and local partnerships and globalization in the fields of technology and innovation.

Digitization of scientific materials.

Providing advice on digitization procedures

Supporting other units with regard to the digital transformation of those units.
