Receiving inquiries from beneficiaries directly and responding to them.

- Guiding library patrons to the available information repositories and defining how to use and access them.

- Assisting researchers in searching for various information repositories through the automated system of university libraries.

Providing training courses for beneficiaries on how to use the library, the automated system and the library's information bases.
