Unit sections
- Exhibitions Division: Responsible for supervising the performance of identification exhibitions, and book's exhibitions in the university, and also is doing the coordination, and organization to represent the University in the Exhibitions.
- Public Relations: Responsible of supervising coordinating visits and legations.
- Authentication and press: Responsible for the supervising circulating the news about the Deanship, press coverage, and preparing identification prints for the Public.
- Cultural Awareness Division: Responsible for the supervision of cultural programs, lectures, and symposiums, in addition to the supervision of the program of Library Friends.
